Ingredients
1 jelly like capsule contains 400 mg of bee flower powder in which businac is dominating and it’s stabilized with approximately 50 mg of propolis powder.

Usage
Additional minerals and vitamins are necessary for people that are not eating regularly or they are often under stress, take pleasure in alcohol, smoking or are on a diet. It is particularly advised for older people, pregnant women, nursing women, people in rehabilitation process and the ones with heighten physical activities (athletes, business people) and people with chronic diseases that are continually taking medications.

Dosage and administration
2x2 capsules per day are used as prevention, half an hour before meal or in between meals. In special conditions (recovering after diseases, heighten physical activity, nursing, pregnancy, low calorie diet) dose can be increased from 2x3 to 3x3 capsules by day.

Precautions
There are no harmful effects or possibility to overdose with pollen.
